This website is operated by Pawrora. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Your rights under Australian law

Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly on different screens. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but this won't affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Using the store

You agree not to use the store for anything unlawful or to interfere with how it works. Content on this site, including text and images, belongs to Pawrora or its suppliers and can't be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or our products. Please follow product instructions and supervise your pet when using any product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
