Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Your items are sent from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, so items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping rates

• Australia, standard: $11. Free on orders of $100 or more.
• Australia, express: $15.
• International: $20 flat rate to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, most of Europe, Israel, the UAE, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. The full list of countries is shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days in Australia and 10–20 business days internationally. Delays can happen during peak periods and in customs.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International orders

Import duties, taxes and customs charges for international orders are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping costs.

Lost or late parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, or tracking shows a problem, email pawrorra@gmail.com and we'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
